About the Chef

Born and raised in Venezuela, Marianna Morrison discovered her love of cooking at an early age, exploring the flavors of Latin cuisine. Since 2000, she has completed a series of cooking classes  in international cuisine and earned an Associates Degree from the Culinary Institute of America. Demand for her Indian food led to a small catering company, a cafe at Hudson Supermarket, and an appearance on Food Network's Throwdown! with Bobby Flay. Today, she is sought after for her authentic and unique menus and dining experiences in the Hudson Valley, New York City and the Berkshires.
